ITI is a software development project of Indonesian tourism, developed by Aswin Iskandar Zulkarnaen, under the banner of "Indonesian Tourism Interactive." ITI is more like a simulation of an exploration of Indonesian tourism through first-person perspective, giving the impression as if the players were in those locations. ITI is not developed to replace the existing attractions, ITI developed because the developer feels that a lot of Indonesian tourism objects both popular and less popular, are yet little known by the public, both domestic and foreign. Along with expanding world of technology and communications, we feel compelled to promote Indonesian tourism by introducing Indonesian tourism objects both popular and less popular through a media computer software, which can be downloaded via the internet and played offline through a computer or laptop / netbook.
2. Why Indonesian Tourism ?
Because, Indonesia is one of many countries that are rich in ancestral culture, including ancestral heritage attractions, and also rich in beautiful natural sights and exotic place.
3. What vision and mission does ITI aim ?
VISION:
- Indonesian tourism, especially ancestral heritage and natural attractions object, increasingly recognized by the public
LONG-TERM MISSION:
- Create ITI software, which covers almost the entire territory of Indonesia
SHORT-TERM MISSION:
- Create ITI software, which focuses on tourism object in JAVA, which starts from CENTRAL JAVA.
4. Why should I even bother download this ITI software ?
Because by downloading and playing this software, players are expected to get to know the general picture in broad outline, about what kind of shape, appearance, and the beauty of a tourist attraction, if we come to visit the attraction site that user play directly.
5. Does ITI cost money everytime downloaded ?
No. To download the ITI software from this website, visitor are not charged in other word it's FREE. But if you somehow feel interested and would like to support this project, we are gladly will accept any donation and any other form of support that you can give.
6. How to download it ?
Follow the step shown in the picture below
1. Click download menu which located at the left side of this website. 
2. Choose Province, Regency, and any available Tourism Object from the drop down list and Click Go. 
3. You will be taken to each respective Tourism Object page. Scroll down the web until you found buttons shown in the picture below. Press this button. You will be taken to the file host server to download the software 
7. Why does ITI software's size is so big ?
ITI try to set some standard regarding the software's quality including its resource and data asset, this is to make sure that we give the best quality as best as we can, so hopefully this can be understandable hence the siftware's size is quite big for average Indonesian internet connection. We will do our best to optimize the software size and at the same time maintain the quality of our software as we see fit.
8. How to run it on the computer/laptop ?
Follow the step shown in the picture below
1. After finish downloading the installer file from the website, double click the installer. 
2. Follow the step as shown in the installer screen. 
3. After installation is finished, you can directly run the software by double clickinging the ITI icon in the desktop, just like shown in the picture. 
9. Do I need internet connection to play ITI in computer/laptop ?
No. Internet connection is not needed to run this software because this software is OFFLINE application.
10. A few issues which might occur and its solutions :
Insufficient memory error message appear when starting the ITI software
a. If this message appear after launching the software, try to disable your Anti Virus for a while during the play. Sometime Anti Virus will scan file and might take much resource and thus make the software crash or freeze.
Freeze or crash while launching ITI software a. Try to disable your Anti Virus for a while during the play. Sometime Anti Virus will scan file and might take much resource and thus make the software crash or freeze, and sometime Anti Virus program block access to certain file used by the ITI program. b. If this doesn't work, try to update your directx with the newest one from Microsoft.
Error message "Unable to initialize your audio hardware. Problem: Failed to init digital sound driver" appear
a. Go to Start -> All Programs -> Indonesian Tourism interactive -> setup
b. Change setting "Digital Sound" and choose "Default WaveOut Device".
c. After that click button save or save and run. Run the software again.
d. If this doesn't work, try to update your sound card driver.
Error message "There was a problem initializing graphic mode xxxxx" (Problem: This graphic mode is not supported)" appear
a. Go to Start -> All Programs -> Indonesian Tourism interactive -> setup
b. Change setting "Graphic filter" to none.
c. This setting is affect the graphic filter used by the software so that the screen will be much smoother and the resolution will be scaled up, but not all monitor and VGA support this feature hence sometime produce this error message.
The screen seem vertically stretched when running this ITI software in a non-widescreen monitor
a. Go to Start -> All Programs -> Indonesian Tourism interactive -> setup
b. Make sure that checkbox "Force alternate letterbox resolution" is checked.
c. Make sure that checkbox "Side border on widescreen monitors" is unchecked.
d. After that click button save or save and run. Run the software again.
e. This setting is use for the ITI software to be able to run in 16:9 screen ratio in a non-widescreen monitor.
The screen seem horizontally strecthed when running this ITI software in a widescreen monitor
a. Go to Start -> All Programs -> Indonesian Tourism interactive -> setup
b. Make sure that checbox "Force alternate letterbox resolution" is unchecked.
c. Make sure that checkbox "Side border on widescreen monitors" is checked.
d. After that click button save or save and run. Run the software again.
e. This setting is use for ITI software to be able to run in 4:3 screen ratio in a widescreen monitor.
f. In some VGA, there is a special setting which might control this screen ratio.
The application doesn't run in full-screen mode
a. Go to Start -> All Programs -> Indonesian Tourism interactive -> setup
b. Make sure that checbox "Run in windows instead of Full-screen" is unchecked.
c. After that click button save or save and run. Run the software again.
Sometime the sound is stutering when changing from one screen to the other
a. From the desktop go to Start -> All Programs -> Indonesian Tourism interactive -> setup
b. Change setting "Graphic Drivernya" from direct3D 9 to DirectDraw 5.
c. After that click button save or save and run. Run the software again.
d. If the sound still stutering try to update your soundcard driver.
Sometime the applcication run quite slow in some computer
a. From the desktop go to Start -> All Programs -> Indonesian Tourism interactive -> setup
b. Change setting "Graphic Drivernya" from DirectDraw 5 to Direct3d 9 or the other way around, from Direct3d 9 to DirectDraw 5.
c. After that click button save or save and run. Run the software again.
d. This setting is use to optimize the directx 9 feature in a high-end VGA which will produce better performance, or the other way around, this setting will optimize the work of a low-end VGA which doesn't really support all feature of directx 9 hence optimzed with direct draw 5.
